These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website fulltimemaids.in and the placement services provided by Full Time Maids Solution ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking our services you agree to these Terms.

We are a maid placement agency serving Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. We introduce customers to police- and Aadhaar-verified candidates for full-time maid, cook, nanny, elder care, part-time and housekeeping roles. The employment relationship is directly between the customer and the placed candidate.

• Placement fees, service charges and refundable deposits (where applicable) are quoted before booking.
• All fees are payable in INR and are subject to applicable taxes.
• No hidden charges — the quoted amount is the amount payable.

If a placed candidate is unsuitable or leaves within the guarantee period stated in your booking confirmation, we will provide a replacement at no additional placement fee. This guarantee does not cover ex-gratia payments, salaries paid, or damages.

• Provide accurate contact and requirement details
• Pay agreed salaries and provide safe, respectful working conditions
• Not engage a candidate introduced by us outside our agreement
• Inform us promptly of any issue so we can resolve it

We conduct reasonable verification (identity, address, references, police verification where possible) but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of information provided by candidates. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own interview and trial before finalising placement.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of your booking and will be shared in writing with your booking confirmation. Registration fees are generally non-refundable once shortlisting has begun.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, logos and marks on this site are owned by Full Time Maids Solution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
